Specific Gravity Vacuum Methode
ASTM D-854 / AASHTO T-100, According SNI 03-6893-2002
For determining specific gravity of soil sample.
Consist of :
- Vacuum Stand : Wooden base, steel pipe column, 2 valves.
- Mixing Bow : Stainless steel, round type, 250 mm diameter.
- Graduated Cylinder : Glass made, 500 ml capacity, single numbering
- Vacuum Flask : 2000 ml cap, vacuum type, with neck large enough to admit 25 mm aggregate with airtight ground glass stopper.
- Vacuum Flask : 1000 ml cap, vacuum type, with tabulation for vacuum hose.
- Funnel : Glass, wide mouth.
- Wash Bottle : Plastic, 250 ml capacity.
- Pipette : Glass, 5 ml capacity.
- Thermometer : Range 0 to 50°C, glass, alcohol indicator, 30 cm length.
- Vacuum Manometer : 4 inch diameter., 0 – 76 cm HG capacity measuring.
- Vacuum Pump : Rotary type, 220 V-AC, 1/2 HP, 1 phase.
