ASTM C-88 / AASHTO T-104
For determining aggregate resistance to desintegration by saturated solution of sodium sulfate or magnesium sulfate.
Consist of :
- Stock Solution : Sodium sulphate solution (Na2SO4),(1 litre).
- Mixing Bowl : Stainless steel, 24 cm diameter.
- Beaker Glass : Glass made, with spout, 1000 ml capacity.
- Thermometer : Range 0 to 100°C, glass, alcohol indicator, 30 cm length.
